Career : RIOFLEX Plant Supervisor

We are a growing, fast paced and energised company operating in the expanding mining, civil construction and quarrying sectors.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you are an experienced Production Supervisor, who thrives on challenge and ready to join a dynamic organisation.  You will enjoy supervising a team in our RIOFLEX Manufacturing Plant, Baldivis.   You will also be required to ensure the standard and quality of MAXAM products are at an optimum level.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Excellent Manufacturing Safety standards and expertise
• Forklift license (essential)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Trade or mechanical background (desirable)
• Exposure to the explosives industry (desirable)
