Recruitment Advisor

We are a growing, fast paced and energised company operating in the expanding mining, civil construction and quarrying sectors.

Due to sustained organisational growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, Australia & PNG your role will involve managing the end to end recruitment process, coordinating employee mobilsation and overseeing the induction process. 

You will be a natural relationship builder, and establish a strong partnership with Business Managers. As an integral contributor to MAXAM's employer branding, you will provide exceptional candidate management and develop initiatives to enhance our offering to employees. 

This position offers you the opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation, with a global focus where you can really 'put your stamp' on the role. As a critical member of the expanding HR team, there is significant potential for career and professional development. 

Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications, however most important is your substantial recruitment experience and ability to work collaboratively across all areas of the business. A mining, or mining services background would be highly desirable, as would experience with remote site, expat and overseas recruitment.
