Tasmania is often a hostile environment for both people and equipment.

The state offers many logistical and hazardous challenges not to mention mountainous roads that are subject to Black Ice for months of each year, extreme cold weather and driving rains.

The team work together, cook for each other, clean and maintain a house, live together and then get up and do it all again for 3-4 nights each and every week of the year up at Railton away from family. This is a requirement to service our state wide customers.  

However due to good people working together as a team and having good management systems in place, MAXAM Tasmania is pleased to announce that 5 Years L.T.I. free was achieved on the 11^th September 2011.
